Easy to make Oreo Cheesecake

  • 1 package of Oreos (14.1 oz)
  • 4 packages of cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Take about half of the package of Oreos and crush them up
  3. Combine with the melted butter and spread on the bottom of a cake pan to make the crust; save the rest of the Oreos to put inside the cheesecake
  4. Combine  vanilla, eggs, sugar and cream cheese together in a mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer. Mix until fluffy
  5. Take the rest of the Oreos and cut them into pieces
  6. Fold the Oreos into the cream cheese mixture with a rubber spatula
  7. Spread the mix onto the crust
  8. Bake for 40-50 min. Or until the middle is almost set
  9. Let cool in a refrigerator overnight, or at least 4 hours
  10. Top with your favorite toping and enjoy
