“Newspaper is a more of a work environment than a standard classroom. Everyone loves each other and is constantly working together to make our newspaper quality as high as possible. Newspaper has given me an outlet for my never-ending creativity.”
Senior Devin Smith edits all of the opinion articles and lays out the appearance of the beat. His dream is to have his own radio broadcast show and to raise children that are more successful than he is. Opinion is his favorite beat because he enjoys expressing his opinions and starting discussions. He loves talking with anyone who will listen and to help others improve their writing skills.
