Easy to make Oreo Cheesecake

Recipe:
- 1 package of Oreos (14.1 oz)
- 4 packages of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Take about half of the package of Oreos and crush them up
- Combine with the melted butter and spread on the bottom of a cake pan to make the crust; save the rest of the Oreos to put inside the cheesecake
- Combine vanilla, eggs, sugar and cream cheese together in a mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer. Mix until fluffy
- Take the rest of the Oreos and cut them into pieces
- Fold the Oreos into the cream cheese mixture with a rubber spatula
- Spread the mix onto the crust
- Bake for 40-50 min. Or until the middle is almost set
- Let cool in a refrigerator overnight, or at least 4 hours
- Top with your favorite toping and enjoy
