Chloe Bodway- Girl’s Volleyball

Positivity and a desire to get better is what makes freshman Chloe Bodway stand out. She started playing volleyball in fourth grade and mainly hits right side. Competing on the freshman squad, Bodway is a starter and stands out among her teammates. Her friends encouraged her to start playing and she has fallen in love with it. Volleyball is a team sport and when one person does not do well, it can throw off the entire team. However, Bodway does not let that stop her.

“Being able to stay positive during the games, even if we’re not doing so well is important to be able to succeed,” Bodway said.

Bodway is also a leader and uses her experience and her knowledge of the sport to help the team. As someone who knows volleyball, she is always recruiting new talent, whether friends or classmates. She strives to make herself and her team better, no matter what it takes, and she will be a valuable asset to the volleyball program.
