Many times, when dressing for the colder months, fashion is compromised for warmth. However, everyone can stay cute and warm, no need for a sacrifice.

Too Cool for School–
Cool, vintage jackets can be found at thrift stores and can easily become the centerpiece of any outfit. This Harley Davidson jacket really stands out because of the monochrome tones used everywhere else in the outfit. In order to keep this look really casual, a T-shirt and some flat boots were added. The bold print on the pants also helps this look stand out. There is always the option to add tights underneath the pants for some extra warmth.

Poetry in a Coffee Shop–
This outfit is really casual and perfect for a day out. Layering a turtleneck underneath a sweater can help anyone stay warm in the colder months. The plaid pants make a statement and really stand out with the simplicity of the rest of the outfit. Some chunky white sneakers were added to dress it down.

Swinter–
The perfect way to wear a summer dress during the winter is layering. Tights and a coat were layered to make this outfit ready for the cold weather. Adding a turtleneck, long sleeve tee or jeans could make this outfit even warmer. Matching boots to a coat, makes the outfit look so much more polished and put together.

The Trendy Pinterest Girl–
When the weather is cold, sometimes the only thing people want to wear is a big sweatshirt. This outfit is a great way to dress up a plain hoodie or crew neck. Adding a collared shirt underneath is great, not only for warmth, but the collar detail popping out the top is a good way to change up a boring sweatshirt. Vintage jeans can be thrifted from any local thrift store easily. The thick denim is great for the cooler months. The same white tennis shoes were added in order to continue with the casual vibe.
