After beating out the early morning traffic, teacher Kim Pecoraro arrives at school at seven a.m., walks through the special education wing and into her classroom to begin her day. “The first thing I see when I walk through the doors to West High is the special services sign,” Pecoraro said. “It makes me think of my great students and excites me for the day of learning to come.”
